How Long For Abcess To Drain

Marathon on Brembo ... A confirmation and a Victory!

was a long time that this marathon, which runs on the day of Epiphany and before the year 42.195 km on Italian soil, m'attirava. I do not know why, maybe the winning poster, some pictures of the park particularly snowy Callioni immortalizes some athletes who challenge the climate or intrigued by the comments of many friends who joked: "The marathon on Brembo, the one where you are going to do the hamster? "the fact is that this year aided by the rest day working and thanks to the hospitality of his friend Claudio I went to taste it from pet in a cage and I can say with absolute certainty that I even had so much fun. Just arrived in this small village of Bergamo where he was at the heart of the event I was struck by it all so supportive and despite the weather, "they said" snow many friends and many runners filled the park attendants, all very enthusiastic and fun. You can see right away when things are done well and when there was a commitment by most of the organizers, the gardens were within one hundred meters storage bags, changing rooms, showers and refreshment on the other hand not certainly I find that when I engage in something they do the Running of Bergamo really so careful and well, how can we forget the world 24 hours some time ago when an almost maniacal attention to everything has made it one of the world's best if not the best ever! I had already noticed when registering their desire for us to attend the event and make us of their race, and I explained the route in detail, talked about the services and then to my question about how to get there by train on site told me: "No problem, you arrive at Bergamo in the morning that we are we get to the station." Of course other marathons already offer this service, however, because here was not explained in the brochure, we say that it was a courtesy that I would do. Before departure, about a mile from the park, the usual rituals: heating, hugs, greetings and photos ... let's say that the joy reigned supreme and this air of celebration together at a temperature ideal for me to accompany me to run along all of the 42.195 km course. The first few miles are a bit like heating but then still having to keep quiet at a pace just a workout. We walk the first 21km touching various fractions of a route closed to traffic and well cared for: Dalmine, Osio Sopra, Osio below and then return to park Roncola Treviglio; from then ten laps at the finish line with as many steps, anticipated by a very nice restaurant where I'll stop five times exchanging even jokes with the volunteers and never forgetting to thank them. Each crossing of the banner of arrival is a funny scene, a comic duo with his friend Fabio, the speaker of the event, knowing that my faith football teases me thereby creating some nice entr'actes ... this is part of the folklore and makes everything more fun and light. The only discordant note of all this fine day of sport and friendship were the judges at the finish line. I hope I'll be here to help those who know the rules: "Who needs to keep track of laps completed by the athletes?" "Who should tell them when they are about to embark on the last lap?". I say this because failing to take count of how many times I did the circumnavigation of the park, I helped with the Garmin and the finish line when they finally arrived, and the judge told me: "Go, go, 'I replied:" What, go, go, I will then stop the chip to establish the truth "... and so it was. At this point, however, I wonder, who did not have the technological support, who had just polished or people like me who enjoyed it, It could also have done one more turn, then the understanding that the chip would have told the truth about the final time, But ...! may be wrong and maybe someone will repeat the rescue, but should be the umpires to take charge of everything, even because they are paid handsomely for the service. Finally, after thanking some members of the Runners of Bergamo (Holy Rosary) for their hospitality, I explained the problem, we have discussed at length and told me they are aware of this but that little or nothing they can do. I am really enjoyed the day of the Epiphany in this marathon, in the park as well as along the walking tour of 21 km has been a continuous exchange of words and encouragement. I remember the rest of the twentieth km that was put down incredulos I left the lady who handed me a glass ... "Go?" I looked at him with mock surprise air and I said, "No ma'am, I I go down, making them see the slope of the road ... a moment of confusion and then laughter. It 'been a good training course in peace to 4'32 "at km without problems and had to be a" long slow "so I interpreted. The fact of running the last 21 km circuit has not given me trouble in any way, even for me that I train on a 5 km long road that sometimes I walk even ten times for a total of thirty miles, it was fun . In conclusion I like to remember two things, first, all the friends who know me personally or through facebook or through my columns I have encouraged and welcomed along nicely orobiche the streets and I want to thank. The second thing I remember, maybe the most beautiful, when a friend at the end of the race runner said: "After reading your article sull'inciviltà of some runners, the rest went on purpose to try to throw the trash inside the empty glass. " VICTORY!
