In reference to the 200 signatures collected by the hunter Biagini:
the urban plan recently approved does not allow the construction of any structure to serve these parcels of land even a minimum of makeshift facilities used for keeping tools or animals. This often gives the potential for continued disaffection, promoting the philosophy of getting by on the one hand, (artifacts abusive and very heterogeneous), the other the speculative pressures of those who in the name of redevelopment, proposed the construction of residences or more. The Greens of Follonica, we present to Mr. Biagini and the other hunters and owners of gardens that they have done in an official protocol, a variant of that request, as allowed in the adjacent municipalities, can implement all possible measures to allow, as acknowledged even by Regional Law regarding the installation of small objects in wood frame, intended to support the agricultural / horticultural and how adequate shelter for animals. These artifacts of a temporary character, without foundation and a non-permanent fixtures on the ground, for the installation of which is simply a communication renewable annually. These annexes will be typologically adequate, low-impact appropriate coloring, surface adequate for storage of equipment needed for the cultivation of vegetable gardens or pets. In this respect we think we can promote the upgrading of existing realities, including ensuring they are maintained and proper use. On this subject we are the same Part of the hunters, and this highlights the fact that we are often instrumentally identified as their enemies, when instead we are only to respect the rules and the environment, a priori, never enemies of anyone. Biagini is right when he says that the animals must have a treatment that should not affect their health. We strongly believe in the validity 'of our proposal, which would resolve the issues raised and at the same time bring back the dignity, and we believe can be assessed by the administration in the appropriate fora and with the time needed.
