Al Cassarello there are many complaints because of delays in mail delivery. In some cases, even bills have been delivered already 'expired. The recommended are almost never delivered, and citizens are forced to go to the post office to withdraw. I do not think the problem arises from incompetence of the staff, but by the cuts made after the privatization of the Post Office, which, however, 'still receive public funding. What I'd like to highlight is that it is cutting the jobs that improve services, but is doing aptitude tests suitable chosen so that staff is competent and active and should be considered that can 'happen that this is sick. It is unacceptable to think that if any dependent falls ill, the service has to stop. I understand the discomfort of the citizens, but I also understand that employees are working in difficult conditions. I am also working in the public sector, I know that often even if you do not feel well, go to the same job for not embarrass colleagues. I do not think that is decent for all workers feel obliged to work only because your absence may cause problems. I think the work is not just for survival, but to serve primarily for personal fulfillment. Our Republic and 'founded on work. Unfortunately most people are forced to do jobs that do not want, then if we put obstacles becomes very difficult to practice their work with full efficiency. In this matter we have to put all of us 'cause to have resolved the problems of service rendered to the population, but at the same time be protected, the more' basic rights of workers involved, who blame poor management have not for sure.
